Industrial and Commercial Section Manager Job Description

This is a critical role within the organization, requiring strong leadership and analytical skills to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient functioning of our industrial and commercial section, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Meter Reading and Billing: Ensure gas meters are read accurately, bills generated promptly, and minimize provisional billing by comparing manual industrial readings with online Mazik readings.
  • Addressing Faulty Meter Claims: Estimate and address faulty meter claims by compiling and analyzing survey and data findings.
  • Effective Zonal Collaboration: Collaborate with zonal managers across franchise areas for resolving queries and arranging surveys.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FBR and regulatory policies and procedures, maintaining high standards in all operations.
  • Quality Assurance in Billing: Check each bill before handing it over to the bill delivery contractor to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Customer Disconnections: Perform disconnection and reconnection of defaulter industrial customers in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/MS or ACCA degree with at least 4 years of experience or Fresh ACMA qualification required.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
