Full Stack Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take ownership of database development and optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

About the Role

  • Analyze requirements, design responsive web applications, and implement scalable systems using modern full-stack practices.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals.
  • Mentor junior developers, assist in solving complex technical issues, and provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules, support cross-project technical streams, and promote team cohesion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong emphasis on database development and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in T-SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in C#/.NET and Python for backend development and integration tasks.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration; GraphQL experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend integration patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient in using Git and adhering to version control best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with active participation in sprints and code reviews.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
