About the Role

  • This Contract Administration Expert will provide critical support to the Strategic Sourcing team in managing contract databases and ensuring compliance.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, or purchasing support roles and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with procurement tools and contract databases.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain the organization's contract repository, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and well-organized.
  2. Track and monitor contract compliance, flagging potential risks or delays to the team.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and analyze procurement-related reports to support operational and strategic planning.
  4. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  5. Coordinate directly with suppliers to resolve queries, address documentation gaps, and ensure alignment on service expectations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client lists, supplier payments, purchase orders, and product/service details.
  7. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the Strategic Sourcing team and across relevant departments.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, or purchasing support roles.
  • Experience working as a Procurement Analyst, Vendor Coordinator, or Purchasing Coordinator is preferred.
  • Demonstrated background in supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract administration, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting or reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Familiarity with procurement sourcing workflows and vendor compliance protocols.
