About the Role

Cpecc Pakistan is seeking a highly experienced Procurement and Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract and procurement administration, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Administrating various contracts and related procurement functions to ensure smooth execution
  2. Conducting and managing contractual matters arising, including claims, disputes, insurance, and guarantees/sureties
  3. Dealing with legal disputes locally
  4. Preparing invitation to Tender documents for potential tenders
  5. Evaluating technical and commercial proposals
  6. Negotiating contract terms and conditions and awarding contracts
