About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Salon Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a positive salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Clients: Provide outstanding service and ensure clients leave the salon satisfied and happy with their experience.
  • Appointment Management: Book appointments efficiently to meet client needs, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing window displays that attract clients and showcase our services.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels to maintain a well-stocked salon and avoid running out of essential products.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facilities to ensure client comfort and safety.
  • Staff Development: Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance staff skills and improve overall performance.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Update social media platforms to showcase our services and promotions, attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor staff members to achieve sales targets and improve job satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling and Record Keeping: Manage cash transactions accurately and maintain sales records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
