As an accounts payable specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments to our vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices received from vendors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with our policies.

  • Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies in invoices.

  • You will work closely with our purchasing team to ensure that all purchase orders and receiving documents are accurately matched with invoices.

  • In addition to processing payments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor payments, including payment history and outstanding balances.

  • You will also be responsible for responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Assistance with month-end closing activities and audits will be required.

  • You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is preferred.
