Job Title: Primary and Secondary School Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Principal to lead our client's school. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the school, ensuring academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
  5. Resource Management: Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities effectively to support the school's mission and goals.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to education and school operations.
  7. Disciplinary Issues: Address disciplinary issues and conflicts among students and staff in a fair and consistent manner.
  8. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the school's mission and goals.
  9. Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in education and school leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Certification: Principal certification or licensure
