Job Description:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and analytics, to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sales leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an MBA or M.Phil. in Marketing.
