Job Title: Area Revenue Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Area Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Career Resource Force. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distributors, as well as the management of inventory levels and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distributors.
  2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock availability at distribution points.
  3. Sales Performance: Monitor and improve sales performance to achieve individual and team targets.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
