Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Professional, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in an AP role. You will be responsible for matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, preparing and processing payments within due dates, maintaining up-to-date vendor ledgers, and reconciling supplier accounts.

You will also track due dates to ensure timely settlement and avoid penalties, record accruals and provisions for month-end and year-end closing, and assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts related to vendor payments.

Additionally, you will maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records, coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments to resolve queries, and provide payable-related schedules and documentation during audits.
