Public Policy Change Specialist

A Public Policy Expert is required to design and implement an intervention to understand and influence beliefs, norms, and narratives around fiscal reforms in the public sector.
- The expert will lead the design and implementation of applied interventions to test messages, formats, and framings for building openness to reform and readiness for evidence-based policy change.
- Responsibilities include developing hypotheses around behavior and belief change, designing surveys, monitoring survey implementation, analyzing data, and engaging stakeholders.
- Qualifications include an advanced degree in Economics or a related field, experience designing and implementing field experiments, familiarity with randomized evaluations, and proficiency in using econometric tools.
Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Economics or a related field.
Experience: Experience designing and implementing field experiments in government or policy contexts.
Skills: Familiarity with randomized evaluations, survey design, and analysis of experimental data, as well as proficiency in using econometric tools and statistical software.
