Financial Operations Manager Job Description

Focused on delivering high-quality financial performance and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, our Financial Operations Manager will oversee the organization's financial operations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial operations, supervising staff, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

  • Manage financial transactions, ensure accurate recording and reporting in the accounting system.
  • Supervise and review preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budgets.
  • Monitor cash flow and banking operations, including bank statement reconciliation.
  • Process accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain general ledger, posting journal entries and closing activities.
  • Ensure tax compliance by overseeing tax filings and staying updated with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing complete financial data.
