
IT Technical Support Specialist

The foundation of a successful business lies in its ability to leverage technology effectively. At Devbunch, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technology issues to ensure seamless business operations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting internal clients, helping them stay productive, and providing assistance to external customers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technological issues quickly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Install and configure new technology, including computer operating systems, software programs, and hardware.
- Perform regular maintenance on phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment.
- Administer user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to ensure employees have the necessary tools to perform their duties efficiently.
- Implement backup strategies to safeguard critical data in case of system failures.
- Conduct security checks to protect against cybersecurity threats and maintain a secure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and office equipment.
- Proficiency in creating databases and utilizing Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
