About the Opportunity:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, acquiring new ones, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop trade marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans that align with company objectives, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Providing regular updates and analysis to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Local residence in Quetta and proficiency in local languages (Balochi and Pashto), with a strong network and ability to approach the market and engage with buyers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build close working and personal relationships with dealers.
  • A self-motivated individual open to new business challenges and company initiatives, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
