eServMD Pvt Ltd is a service provider company based in Islamabad, Pakistan, providing services to US-based companies and clients in the field of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Medical Practice Management, Medical Billing, Real Estate, Accounts & Finance.

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialists with extensive knowledge in medical billing procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Review and process medical claims using accurate coding and billing systems.
  2. Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits.
  3. Resolve billing discrepancies and errors promptly.
  4. Maintain precise patient billing records.
  5. Analyze payment postings, reimbursement, collection data, and generate reports.
  6. Identify and resolve billing issues, manage denials, and track claims follow-ups with insurance providers.
  7. Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to enhance client satisfaction, outcomes, and retention.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to resolve billing concerns.
  9. Stay updated on insurance company billing policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in USA medical billing.
  2. Proficiency in medical billing software and coding systems.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  5. Familiarity with working according to USA business hours.
  6. Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English; ability to read, write, and interpret.
  7. Availability to work on-site during USA business hours.
