As a Strategy Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovative strategy initiatives that enhance advertiser-creator partnerships. This involves identifying and collaborating with influential industry leaders to create engaging content and campaigns that effectively promote the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief Interpretation: Translates client objectives into actionable research questions and turns uncertainty into a clear direction for investigation.
  • Research:
    • Conducts thorough data gathering from various sources, synthesizing disparate information to provide insights on cultural shifts.
    • Identifies and researches potential creator partners based on their influence, reach, and alignment with the brand's values and target audience.
    • Remains up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to KOL partnerships.
    • Data Analysis: Extracts valuable insights from data using Walee's Influencer tech-stack.
    • Storytelling: Develops compelling narratives to present insights and inform client decisions.
    • Relationships: Fosters effective communication across project teams and with clients by presenting and discussing strategy work.
    • Accepts increasing responsibility and independence in carrying out important projects and becomes a valued contributor to the team.
    • Works closely with the creator management team to nurture ideas and is seen as a go-to person for creative and content contributions.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (with a focus on digital creative strategy), prior agency experience preferred.
    • Strategic thinker able to connect client goals through logical approaches. Can present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Experience working with and translating data and culture into meaningful insights that inspire creative decisions.
    • Creative problem solver with deep experience working with cross-functional teams and providing concise, clear, and actionable creative direction/feedback.
    • Savvy with words, images, and graphs/charts to create polished presentations with compelling storytelling flows that engage listeners.
