Customer Service Strategy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to implement customer service strategies locally, focusing on improving profitability through enhanced customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing customer relationships.

  • The incumbent will design and execute strategies to enhance customer experience, ensuring timely communication before, during, and after service delivery.
  • Strong people management and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve internal and external communication processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement customer service strategies to increase profitability through continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance internal and external communication processes.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
