BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a Senior Manager Strategy & Planning in their Strategy Department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or equivalent.

Experience:

9+ years of relevant experience.

This role focuses on shaping and driving the company's long-term direction by turning big-picture goals into clear, actionable plans. It involves identifying new business opportunities—such as exploring local assembly, launching new product lines, or introducing value-added services. A significant part of the job includes conducting detailed feasibility studies, financial modeling, market assessments, and monitoring policy or regulatory changes that could impact the business.

You will also be responsible for staying informed about market trends, understanding customer behavior, and analyzing the company's position relative to competitors. This includes evaluating competitors' pricing, marketing, and product positioning to identify risks and opportunities.

On the operational side, the role requires working closely with finance to ensure strategic plans align with budgets and resources. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure progress and report results to senior leadership. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
