As a Regional Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the world of sales and drive meaningful change through our purposeful growth and digital transformation agenda.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve desired ambitions in terms of underlying volume and sales.
- Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate distributor and customer operational plans for effective execution.
- Negotiate with customers for joint business planning.
- Efficiently plan and manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy for your territory.
- Have acumen for financial matrix – business profitability and gross margin.
- Lead and drive an extended team – build team and develop talent.
- Be accountable to uphold business key performance indicators.
- Redefine process post-execution analysis with strong analytical skills.
What You Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active feet on street and market time.
- Capability to strategize and possess strong execution skills.
- Updated with competition insights.
