
Territory Sales Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Leader to join our team at Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving territory targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will manage distribution setup, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent distribution operations to drive product penetration in the assigned territory.
- They will also develop and implement field sales plans, communicate and implement trade programs, monitor market trends, and provide regular market intelligence to counter competition activities.
- The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
