
Conversion Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive our clients' business growth through conversion marketing.
You will join our client business growth division, where you will be responsible for managing multiple Google Ad Accounts and digital design and development projects. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in digital marketing roles, particularly in Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid campaigns across Search (SEM), Display, and Video, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
- Oversee monthly budgets and spending, forecasting campaign budgets to achieve high ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and generate reports measuring against client KPIs.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, focusing on tasks such as negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and testing different ad texts.
- Investigate and report on campaign concerns, providing platform support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Produce monthly reports for internal reviews and client updates.
- Maintain communications with vendors and third parties to ensure project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team to ensure client success.
Successful candidates must possess:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable success in improving account performance for Google PPC campaigns.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in conversion marketing, preferably in e-commerce or real estate.
- Experience managing large client budgets.
- Proficiency in digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to extract insights from data and apply quantitative methods to answer questions and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A keen eye for good design and ability to create ad concepts quickly using basic design thinking principles.
