Client Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Associate to join our team. As a Client Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client programs, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

  • You will track client program progress using backend data and set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments.
  • You will summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement and prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
  • You will communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination and help organize calendars.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will:

  • Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRM systems.
  • Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
  • Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
About the Role

This is a detail-oriented and organized role that requires experience in operations, administration, or client coordination. You must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and has a passion for improving processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is a must.
