Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and pre-screening candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and shared platforms.
  • Drafting engaging job postings and managing inbound applications to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Conducting initial outreach to passive candidates via professional networks and email campaigns.
  • Providing regular updates to recruiters and supporting the tracking of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with high urgency and adaptability.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with tools like Google Workspace and similar platforms.
