We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire spectrum of administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain office facilities, including the upkeep of furniture, water supply systems, and power infrastructure. This will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to guarantee the highest standards of quality.

Another key aspect of your job will be procurement management, where you will be responsible for acquiring goods and services that meet company requirements while adhering to established policies.

You will be the central point of contact for all Admin-related matters, ensuring that all records are meticulously maintained and easily accessible. Your expertise will also be required to facilitate communication between different departments and teams, promoting a cohesive working environment.

As part of your remit, you will need to establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as government agencies and logistics providers, to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services.

Moreover, you will play a crucial role in managing company vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for processing travel expense vouchers, scrutinizing bills, and distributing them to the relevant cost centers.

A minimum of 7 years of administration experience within a corporate environment is required for this position, along with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Law from a recognized institution.
