Job Title: Human Resource Support Specialist

A key role within our organization, this position is focused on providing administrative support and managing human resource activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and possess strong organizational skills.

This role would suit a highly organized individual with experience in administration and human resources. They should also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.

  • Responsibilities Include:
    • Posting job vacancies online and through various media channels.
    • Maintaining employee files and ensuring they are up-to-date.
    • Tracking employee attendance and leaves records.
    • Preparing payroll documentation and coordinating with the finance department.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
    • Managing employee personal files and ensuring confidentiality.
    • Coordinating with store managers and the finance department for payroll processing.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Maintaining office supplies and equipment records.
    • Assisting with recruitment and hiring processes.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in administration or human resources.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HR) or related field.
