Human Resources Strategist Job Opportunity

As a key member of the organization, this role plays a vital part in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure diversity and inclusion.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance and encourages continuous learning and growth.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program that is competitive and compliant with labor laws.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain culture of integrity and ethics.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases with ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices with ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
