As a senior project professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure scope and timeline adherence.

  • Coordinate project progress and expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business requirements.

You will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, and coordinating project progress and expectations with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in software projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in business analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • PMP or relevant certifications desirable.
