Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to manage multiple projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for developing project charters, objectives, and deliverables, as well as resource planning, project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk identification.

The role also involves project execution and control, including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring and control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management, and communications.

Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for project closure activities, including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned, and documentation archiving.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of Emerging Web Technologies: Familiarity with content management systems, portals, business intelligence tools, and other emerging web technologies.
  • Project Planning and Reporting: Ability to create project plans, report on project progress to senior-level executives, and develop detailed resource and project plans.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, flexibility to work independently, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels within a customer organization.
