- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and executing special projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting goals.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role is highly valued.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), email platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen issues efficiently.
