About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership:
The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. This includes developing and implementing financial plans, policies, and procedures.
Financial Planning:
The incumbent will prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. This includes predicting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Financial Reporting:
The Finance Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Cash Management:
The incumbent will oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments. This includes managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
The incumbent must have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools is required.
