We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately.
- Generate shipping labels through courier's portal.
- Track orders to monitor delivery status and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with courier services to resolve shipping-related problems.
- Optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and courier portals.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
