Job Description

A highly skilled and strategic Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist is required to design and oversee the implementation of our company's technology systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional architecture that meets business needs.

They will also have hands-on experience in software development and be able to manage complex projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

  • Understand business needs to define system specifications that align with organizational goals
  • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution that meets scalability and reliability requirements
  • Communicate product requirements to development teams, facilitating collaboration and efficient delivery
  • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, suggesting integration methods that optimize performance
  • Manage the entire engineering team consisting of back end, front end, and Testing engineers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure project success
  • Oversee assigned projects, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines
  • Assist with solving technical problems as they arise, leveraging expertise to find effective solutions
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, monitoring systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business objectives
