Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud infrastructure, server administration, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Deploy, automate, and troubleshoot cloud services.
- Migrate applications to our cloud platform.
- Build, operate, and maintain AWS cloud environments.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including playbooks.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance and upgrade activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a hosting support specialist or similar position.
- Proficiency in Linux-based servers and virtualization.
- Knowledge of cPanel/WHM control panel.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
- Experience with the WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL).

- Experience writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts.
