3. Classroom Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate teacher performance, ensuring optimal use of teaching time.
4. Event Planning: Collaborate with the Principal to organize events, focusing on student engagement and respect.
5. Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and other activities, as needed.
6. Curriculum Development: Analyze curriculum requirements and develop plans for implementation.
7. Teacher Support: Facilitate teacher development, providing guidance on lesson planning, syllabus coverage, and progress tracking.
8. Quality Assurance: Regularly review teacher performance, offer constructive feedback, and maintain high standards.
9. Teaching Enhancement: Observe and assist teachers in improving their instructional methods.
10. Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative duties, including paperwork and coordination, and support staff in these responsibilities.

12. PTM Coordination: Assist in organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings, promoting a respectful and organized atmosphere.

14. Talent Acquisition: Recruit new teachers, working closely with the Principal and school leaders.
