Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Human Resource Manager to oversee our organization's recruitment, employee performance programs, and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create referral programs and lead the hiring processes to ensure we attract top talent.
  • Making strategic decisions to hire, develop, and retain qualified employees that drive business success.
  • Develop job descriptions and post ads on various channels to find suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Assist with recruitment by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts according to company policies.
  • Verify candidate backgrounds and conduct reference checks to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain digital records of employees to facilitate accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct orientations and update new staff records to ensure a seamless transition into the team.
  • Serve as liaison with benefit vendors and administrators to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of equipment and assets with record-keeping to prevent asset misplacement or damage.
  • Liaison with local and government sectors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Responsible opening and closing of the office to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Purchasing stationery, office supplies, and other miscellaneous items according to defined requisition approval process.
  • Supervision of office boys and janitorial staff to ensure proper upkeep of the workplace.
  • Office security and CCTV monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monthly requisition compilation, purchase, and maintenance to optimize resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HRM is preferred).
  • 4-5 Years relevant experience as an HR and Admin Manager (essential).
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of HR and Admin functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage Payroll and miscellaneous outdoor assignments effectively.
  • Manage schedule/deadlines and achieve targets within timeline.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Able to make strong and immediate decisions and possess convincing skills.
