About the Role:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire potential clients.
- Identify and research target audiences using LinkedIn, email marketing, and other prospecting tools.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound marketing efforts.
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze lead generation performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls to schedule meetings and demos.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Woodpecker, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
