Job Title: Digital Presence Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Presence Specialist to lead the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a comprehensive content strategy across all social platforms, growing engagement, building brand awareness, and driving traffic and conversions through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns.
">The successful candidate will have:
">- Proven experience in managing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms;
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior;
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools;
- Excellent written communication and content planning skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities include:
">- Developing, planning, and executing a comprehensive content strategy across all social platforms;
- Creating engaging content for posts, stories, reels, carousels, and videos;
- Managing daily posting schedules, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages;
- Analyzing performance metrics and generating monthly reports with actionable insights;
- Staying on top of trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all social channels and collaborate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
">Qualifications:
">- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2+ years preferred);
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior;
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite);
- Excellent written communication and content planning skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
