Android Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Android developer to lead the development and maintenance of Android applications for diverse devices.

This role involves working alongside engineers and developers on different infrastructure layers, focusing on collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Developing end-to-end Android applications from concept to deployment.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Architecting scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices and design patterns.
  4. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  5. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  6. Identifying and implementing optimizations for application speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
  7. Integrating with external APIs and web services to display data within the application.
  8. Ensuring seamless and secure data communication between the app and backend services.
  9. Demonstrating expertise in Kotlin programming language for Android development.
  10. Leading the adoption of Kotlin best practices and coding standards within the team.
  11. Resolving ANR issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.
  12. Implementing robust crash handling mechanisms and contributing to continuous improvement.
  13. Analyzing and optimizing application size for improved performance and user satisfaction.
  14. Customizing and integrating third-party SDKs into Android applications, including AdMob and Facebook SDKs.
  15. Ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of third-party components.
  16. Implementing monitoring tools and analytics to track app performance and propose optimizations.
  17. Collaborating with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive user interfaces.
  18. Working closely with the QA team to ensure application reliability and robustness.
  19. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
