Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Respond to phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process guest requests for additional amenities and services.
- Maintain a record of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail to the relevant recipient.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule and book meetings as needed.
- Provide administrative support for various office activities.
Requirements:

Experience and Education:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
