Job Description:

The Officer Customer Due Diligence will be responsible for monitoring the customer due diligence process for existing clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The role involves communication and liaison with branches and stakeholders to facilitate periodic review of due accounts and follow-up as necessary to manage outstanding periodic CDD of accounts.

Assistance and guidance will be provided to area/branch teams on periodic review and processes, ensuring clarity of purpose and work towards common goals of the bank.

Correspondence and coordination with relevant branches and stakeholders will be performed to improve processes regarding identified issues/bottlenecks.

Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of customer due diligence is a key responsibility of this position.
