Productivity Coordinator

The primary obstacle hindering business growth is finding a suitable software development partner.

We seek an accomplished coordinator to contribute to Devbunch. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, data analysis expertise, and the ability to identify anomalies in productivity metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate comprehensive reports and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain oversight of team performance using productivity tools like Hubstaff and identify areas for improvement.
  • Detect abnormalities or inconsistencies in data and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to optimize workplace efficiency.
  • Provide support in developing strategies to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Possess O & A Levels educational background.
Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Hubstaff and its features.
  • A basic understanding of human resources principles and their relationship to productivity.
Soft Skills:

The successful candidate will possess:
