Chief AI Officer for Healthcare Innovation

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our internal AI initiatives tailored specifically for healthcare practices and practitioners. As Chief AI Officer, you will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA). Security and cybersecurity expertise is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage AI-driven product strategies and roadmaps tailored for healthcare environments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, compliance officers, and healthcare practitioners
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards
  • Oversee product security and integrate robust cybersecurity practices
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing enhancement
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI/ML and healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
  • Experience in cybersecurity best practices and security standards
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
