**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and reports.
- Provide counsel to managers on HR-related matters, such as employment laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
