Job Title: Human Resources Director

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and reports.
  • Provide counsel to managers on HR-related matters, such as employment laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
