Director / Head of HR

Location: Lahore (On-Site)
Industry: Manufacturing / Food & Beverage
Experience: Minimum15 years withat least 10+ years in leadership role

Age Limit: Below 50
Education:Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.Masters degree and additional HR certificationswill be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
    Establish, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management:
    Design competitive and equitable compensation structures, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and conduct regular benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management:
    Drive a results-oriented performance management system by setting clear KPIs, guiding managers in performance reviews, and linking outcomes to development plans and rewards.
  • Organizational Culture & Engagement:
    Lead initiatives that shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Monitor engagement levels and act on employee feedback to improve morale and retention.
  • Talent Development & Succession Planning:
    Oversee leadership development, career progression frameworks, and succession pipelines to ensure organizational continuity and growth of internal talent.
  • Operational HR Oversight:Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, grievance handling, and exit processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all stages.
  • HR Team Leadership:
    Mentor and lead the HR team to build capability, drive high performance, and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
