
Sales Growth Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Director to spearhead sales operations in the region. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales plans and fostering strong relationships with regional warehouses and supply chain teams.
Achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a month-on-month basis is crucial to this role. To accomplish this, you will develop and execute targeted sales strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize existing processes.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will be required to possess strong leadership and team management skills to motivate distributors and provide market intelligence to the head office.
As a Sales Growth Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company SOPs across the assigned region and analyzing competitor activities to propose effective regional plans.
To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, an MBA or Master's degree from a reputable university, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a month-on-month basis.

- Coordinate closely with regional warehouses and supply chain teams for demand fulfillment.
- Ensure the execution of trade promotions as per agreed mechanics.
- Manage and motivate distributors for mutual business growth.
- Provide market intelligence to the head office on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs across the assigned region.
- Analyze and explore opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Conduct competitor mapping and propose regional plans to the head office.
- Identify skill gaps in the sales team and arrange classroom/on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
