Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to oversee the development of software architectural strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive software architectural strategies that optimize performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Author software requirement specification (SRS) documents to serve as a blueprint for successful project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to coding or design, ensuring seamless project progression.
  • Provide regular progress reports to set clear goals and expectations for team members.
  • Design application architecture that meets critical system requirements, including performance, scalability, security, extensibility, and manageability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience as a software architect, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • In-depth understanding of C#, OOP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks related to Node.js and .NET.
  • Strong command of SQL Complex Queries, databases, MS Report Builder, and Crystal reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise and guide development teams.
