Front Desk Officer Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, receiving information, and guiding them through their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on arrival and ensure a warm welcome
  • Receive and process visitor information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Guide visitors through the building, ensuring they reach their desired destination
  • Coordinate with employees to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain the reception area, including newspapers and subscriptions
  • Ensure the reception is covered during working hours
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Line Manager
  • Maintain security and safety standards
  • Administer the booking system for conference rooms and workrooms

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication, written, and people skills
  • Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving ability with analytical skill
