Job Description

At Senew Tech, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as nurturing relationships to set up sales opportunities for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Identification: Identify potential leads through various sources, including online research and targeted outreach.
  2. Outbound Communication: Initiate contact with leads via email and phone calls to introduce our products/services and create interest.
  3. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and purchasing authority of leads to determine their fit for our solutions.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and overcome objections.
  5. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives with qualified leads.
  6. Crm Management: Accurately record lead information and interactions in our CRM system to track progress and ensure data integrity.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a Business Development or related field is highly valued.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong sales and management abilities.
  3. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
