About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital E-commerce Leader to oversee our online presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms, including product onboarding, catalog management, and promotional campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of e-commerce platform onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with major retailers such as Walmart.com, Target.com, Chewy.com, and more.
  • Optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across all platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all marketplaces to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales on e-commerce channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient order flow and coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and other leading retailers.
  • Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management principles.
  • Proven ability to run successful promotional campaigns on third-party platforms.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
