Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of SMB customers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic plan for winning new business and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Outbound Engagement: Generate a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to schedule meetings and drive sales.
  • Customer Presentations: Conduct business presentations to customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain positive customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
  • Outbound Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • SMB Expertise: Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation and Business Development: Strong negotiation and business development skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.
